Title: Digital Solutions Programming Manager

(Application Development Manager)

Location: Hybrid based out of Meredith, NH

Position Details: Full Time, Monday-Friday

Salary is negotiable based on level of experience

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

The incumbent will lead a team of digital solution analysts that are responsible for integrating a solid understanding of the internal and/or external user into all design and utilization concepts with a goal of delivering solutions that users find intuitive, easy to use and encourage further product usage. As a proficient programmer and team manager, this individual operates as an integral part of an agile team assembled to enhance, build, and deliver trusted technology products and solutions in a secure, stable, and scalable manner to our affiliate partners. Designs technical architecture and programming solutions that span multiple core platform applications and third-party products to produce high-performance results that maximize the full potential of the involved technologies.

  • ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Manage, coach and develop the digital solutions team members to grow both technically and professionally to achieve department and organization goals.
  • Develops, maintains and regularly reports on key performance and experience metrics across digital platforms and services.
  • Manage an Agile team effectively to translate business requirements into documented solution designs, including architecture diagrams, configuration guides, technical specifications, procedural documentation and training materials.
  • Articulate technical design considerations, trade-offs, benefits, and recommendations for technical architecture.
  • Optimize on-premise SharePoint intranet by developing web parts using SharePoint SPFX.
  • Create and update applications to facilitate business requirements for file conversions and moves, interacting with websites and APIs, and querying and updating SQL databases using secure software development principles.
  • Work with vendor SDK to extend and enhance internet banking products.
  • Perform code reviews and testing to ensure specifications are met and in conformance to established standards and banking regulation.
  • Responsible for maintaining appropriate version control and document product enhancements, architecture diagrams and version control.
  • Experience working in an on-premise and cloud native application environments.
  • Ability to work closely with vendor software developers, application architects and engineers.
  • Satisfactorily completes all required compliance training and complies with all regulations which apply within the scope of this position. Follows department procedures to ensure regulatory compliance of all projects.
  • Performs other duties as requested.

  • MINIMUM PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

    Physical surroundings are generally pleasant and comfortable with minimal exposure to injury or other hazards with moderate level of noise. Minimal physical effort required, normally seated with the freedom of movement on a regular basis with occasional lifting of materials and supplies weighing up to 30 pounds.

    DESIRED JOB EXPERIENCE

    Six to eight years of related technology experiences/exposure and/or training including team lead/supervision responsibilities. Some direct experience identifying and understanding customer problems/processes and/or information handling needs in an effort to present new technology solutions taking full advantage of available company platform technologies.

    OTHER QUALIFICATIONS

    Requires strong written, communication, organizational and problem-solving skills and the ability to own and articulate design and workflow decisions. Must be detail oriented with a high degree of accuracy. Must have the ability to present confidently to diverse groups; prioritize responsibilities and complete work within designated time frames. Comfortable with design and testing of digital applications and services.
