Skills:

• B.S. Degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering, Material Science or Color Science.6 to 10 years of demonstrated related experience, preferably in an adhesive or color environment.
• Strong customer relations and interpersonal skills.
• Proven leadership, sense of urgency, self-starter - takes the initiative.
• Demonstrated project management and laboratory skills.
• Presenting results to technical and non-technical stakeholders/customers.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Directly interact and communicate with external customers to value sell the company's adhesives.
• Supports R&D projects critical to business as well as road mapping of technology/business development.
• Generates test plans and/or experiments.
• Prepare and deliver presentations on projects/technologies for external customer, internal teams and management. Travel with sales representatives to develop first-hand understanding of customer needs and application details.
• Develop and maintain a company product specialty and serve as a technical expert in this specialty when working with staff individually and/or on team efforts.
