Responsibilities
- Translate business needs into technical requirements and oversee implementation with cross-functional teams
- Identify and execute process improvements to enhance efficiency through application solutions
- Lead and deliver application-related projects on time and within budget
- Provide end-user training and ongoing support to ensure successful adoption
- Collaborate with engineering, marketing, and sales to support product development and market readiness
- Troubleshoot application issues and ensure long-term system stability and performance
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in electrical engineering or applications management
- Strong technical knowledge of software applications, systems, and networking
- Proven experience in project planning, troubleshooting, and product lifecycle management
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor's degree in product design, engineering, or related field
