Architect - Mastery

We're looking for a Cloud Migration Engineer or Solution Architect with hands-on experience in Refactoring and Reengineering existing applications for Cloud and DevOps transformation. This person acts as a trusted customer advocate, helps organizations to understand and implement best practices around advanced data center migration solutions and the opportunity to help and execute strategies for complex migration projects and broad adoption of MassMutual's migration methodology, processes & tools.

Skills: REQUIRED experience:

• Solution Architect - 7+ years' experience in as a Solution Architect REQUIRED (not Support Engineer)
• 2+ years' experience in DevOps REQUIRED
• Kubernetes and CICD pipeline experience REQUIRED
• Containerization with EKS REQUIRED
• Cloud Migration experience REQUIRED (take application from data center and move to cloud) Refactoring and Reengineering existing applications for Cloud and DevOps transformation.

Desired Skills:

• More than 10 years of experience in solution architecture or software development with proven track record of successful enterprise implementations across one or more enterprise portfolios
• Minimum 3 years of experience with performing discovery and assessment of overall applications portfolio, business priorities and risk assessment to create a migration plan and roadmap
• Minimum 3 years of design and implementation experience infrastructure architectures and solutions using AWS services
• Minimum 5 years of design and implementation experience on end-to-end DevOps framework and processes
• Strong experience with Refactoring and Reengineering existing applications using containerization and Kubernetes.
• Understanding of AWS Multi-Account Strategy, Control Tower, and Landing Zone concepts Strong understanding of TCP/IP networking as well as Cloud Load Balancers, Route53, Security Groups, VPC's, Comfortable working with Terraform, AWS CLI and knowledge of JSON and/or PowerShell scripting
