DESCRIPTION
The Senior Architect Expert will review and analyze documents and on-site conditions to investigate, analyze, and determine the facts and issues at hand. The Expert will use their years of experience and industry knowledge to assist our clients in performing their case duties typically in a legal environment.

DESCRIPTION
The Senior Architect Expert will review and analyze documents and on-site conditions to investigate, analyze, and determine the facts and issues at hand. The Expert will use their years of experience and industry knowledge to assist our clients in performing their case duties typically in a legal environment.
REQUIREMENTS
- You have a B.S. or higher degree in Architecture and an active state licensure in good standing.
- You have an NCARB membership with multi-state licensure eligibility and your AIA membership is a plus.
- You have 15+ years of post-degree experience.
- You have designed or worked on buildings with a variety of Use Groups - Assembly, Business, Educational, Mercantile, Industrial, Institutional, Factory, and Residential, mixed-use.
- You have experience with code evaluation, specification writing and/or diagnosing building defects and design analysis.
- You have proven experience in construction, demonstrated through contract administration, construction management, design/build, and/or general contracting.
- You have an in-depth knowledge of building safety and construction technology.
- Your BIM experience is a plus.
- You can work both independently and as part of a comprehensive team.
- You have excellent technical, analytical, writing and communication skills.
- You are willing to travel about 20% on average.
