The pay range for this position is $48.00 - $52.00/hr.

Responsibilities:
- Project Management :Oversee and coordinate architectural projects from initial design to construction.
- Detailed Documentation: Prepare comprehensive construction documents and administer construction processes.
- Innovative Drafting: Utilize Revit for drafting and design tasks.
- Client Interaction: Engage with clients to understand their needs and present tailored design solutions.
- Collaborative Environment: Work closely with Principals in a small office setting.
- Presentations: Lead client presentations and meetings to showcase design concepts.
Essential Skills:
- Proficiency in Revit
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in architectural design
- Experience with Schematic Design to Construction phases
- Strong client interaction and presentation skills
- Experience in construction administration
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Adobe software
- Bachelor's Degree required
- Pursuing licensure is a plus
- Interest or background in healthcare or life science projects
