Selectek has a full-time opportunity for a passionate and experienced Architectural Project Manager to join our team in Phoenix, AZ with a nationally recognized architectural firm specializing in Single-Family Homes. You will play a pivotal role in managing all aspects of client projects, from initial concept to final construction.

What you'll do:

• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and translate them into stunning, functional home designs.
• Oversee all project phases, ensuring quality, profitability, efficiency, and timely completion.
• Develop project budgets, schedules, and manpower requirements.
• Lead a team of talented designers and ensure clear communication and collaboration.
• Manage project documentation, including code compliance, budgets, and correspondence.
• Conduct site visits and participate in construction walkthroughs.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and innovations in the single-family home market.
• Promote the firm to potential clients and develop strong business relationships.

We're looking for someone with:

• A Bachelor of Architecture, Planning, Design, Engineering, or a related field (or 5-10 years of experience managing architectural projects from start to finish).
• 3-5 years of experience in architectural project management (or equivalent experience).
• Proven leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong computer proficiency.
• The ability to handle diverse tasks and prioritize effectively.

Bonus points if you have:

• Experience with residential construction methods and procedures.
• Knowledge of building codes and zoning regulations.
• Experience collaborating with external consultants (engineers, interior designers, etc.).
