Requirements

We are looking for an outstanding individual who will oversee the day to day operations of multiple communities. The Area Director of Operations is responsible for coordinating activities of resident care, sales, maintenance, activities and dining services departments. Additionally, the position will support the Regional Director of Operations and the Residence Directors by providing training, education and strategic coaching for each community.

The Area Director of Operations we select must have demonstrated success in a leadership role including exceeding financial and operational goals.

Other requirements for the Area Director of Operations may include:
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with budgeting and scheduling
  • Computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office and Outlook
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and responsibilities
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in an operations leadership role for Assisted Living, Independent Living, Memory Care, or similar field is preferred, but not required
