As we continue to grow and expand, we have an exciting opportunity for an individual as an Area Director of Sales, reporting directly our Corporate Director of Sales.
This is a full-time on-site role as an Area Director of Sales at SETHI MANAGEMENT, INC located in North Central CA. As an Area Director of Sales, you will be responsible for overseeing the sales activities for 4 of Sethi Management's hotels; Hampton Inn, Stockton, Hampton Inn, Patterson, Hampton Inn Turlock and Home2 Suites, Turlock, CA. In this area, developing and implementing sales strategies, managing a team of sales representatives, and maintaining customer relationships. You will also be responsible for analyzing sales data, identifying market trends, and making recommendations to drive growth and achieve sales targets. Promote hotels through personal involvement in community organizations and events. This position is a hybrid role that will require 50% travel to the properties.

Qualifications
- Prior hotel sales leadership experience required
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to analyze market trends and make data-driven decisions
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong customer relationship management skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Associates Degree or 2 year equivalent.
