What's the Role:

Your proactive approach prioritizes safety, making it your utmost concern in every interaction and communication. Your role entails seamless collaboration and communication with various departments, ensuring the successful implementation of quality standards.

Client engagement is a key focus, and you actively seek opportunities to visit mine sites and our supply channel partners, fostering valuable connections. Internally, you will prioritize building relationships with operations and engineering teams, gaining a foundational understanding of their processes. Your strategic approach includes developing a customer engagement and business growth plans for our growing customer base through North and Latin America.

Your responsibilities include crafting strategic sales and marketing plans, establishing sales budgets, and implementing key performance indicators (KPIs). Crucially, your leadership is pivotal in managing team performance to ensure the attainment of business objectives. As an essential member of the sales management team, your active promotion of a culture of continuous improvement within your team contributes significantly to the overall success and advancement of the organization.

In this role, you will be responsible for being the leader of our newly formed, Americas sales team for products that are sold through our valued partners/dealers. Your main focus is to drive sustainable growth and boost business profitability. You'll need a deep understanding of market dynamics, customer needs, and the competitive landscape.

Key Technical Criteria:

  • Degree qualifications in Commerce/ Engineering / Business qualifications
  • Proven ability to lead high-performing sales teams effectively.
  • Experience in collaborating with a multi-supply channel sales model.
  • Demonstrated experience in CRM principles, Salesforce software preferred
  • Experience in dealing with mining operations and/or suppliers of large mining equipment and components.
  • Have a growth mindset.
  • Proficiency in written and verbal Spanish communication is advantageous.

This role can be based in Phoenix, Arizona, USA.
