Ariba Lead (PMO + Hands on Ariba Application Knowledge)

Once a month on site in Naperville, IL. Rest of the time remote - work hours are CST

Client need for a strong Ariba Lead resource who:

has proven experience and leadership for a project of our size and complexity,

knows the Ariba modules we are implementing (listed below),

has the confidence and experience to lead weekly team status meetings for this (Ariba) Work Stream,

communicates professionally, directly, and clearly,

actively participate in completing project tasks including planning, testing, documentation, communication, and helping new users understand how to test and use the system, and troubleshoot and resolve issues,

can identify and manage the mitigation of project risks related to the scope they manage,

has experience with and understands the data conversion, interface, and enhancement process and requirements,

can mentor our business team that they will work alongside,

has a positive attitude and proposes practical and creative solutions to project issues,

can Challenge and validate that our integration partner is designing according to best practices,

understands project schedules and can update the existing schedule with additional tasks and update the status of existing tasks with the PMO team.

The modules in scope for this project include Sourcing, Contracts, SPL, Buying, Invoicing, and Risk. Initial testing of the S/C/SPL modules is complete and we will start ITC2 (second of 2 cycles) testing of the B&I modules next week. ITC2 (integration test cycle) ends in January and UAT starts 1/27/25 with a duration of 5 weeks.

This resource will lead the team through these testing cycles, final cutover, and hyper-care.
