Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership & Management:
    • Supervise and mentor nursing staff across both ASCs, promoting professional development and performance excellence.
    • Oversee staffing, scheduling, and recruitment to ensure adequate coverage and high-quality care.
    • Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Clinical Oversight:
    • Ensure the delivery of safe, high-quality patient care by monitoring clinical practices and protocols.
    • Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans.
    • Maintain a high level of clinical competency and stay current with industry standards and advancements.
  • Regulatory Compliance:
    • Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, accreditation standards, and organizational policies.
    • Prepare for and participate in regulatory surveys and accreditation processes.
  • Operational Management:
    • Assist in budget preparation and financial management for both facilities.
    • Analyze operational metrics and implement strategies for improvement in efficiency and patient satisfaction.
    • Manage inventory and supplies to ensure that all necessary resources are available.
  • Patient and Family Engagement:
    • Promote patient-centered care by fostering effective communication and support for patients and their families.
    • Address patient concerns and complaints in a timely and professional manner.

Qualifications:
  • Education:
    • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required; Master's degree in Nursing or Healthcare Administration preferred.
  • Licensure:
    • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in [State].
  • Experience:
    • Minimum of 5 years of nursing experience in an ambulatory surgery setting, with at least 2 years in a management or supervisory role.
    • Strong knowledge of ASC operations, clinical practices, and regulatory requirements.
  • Skills:

    • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
