You will be responsible for assembly and packaging of infrared focal plane arrays, especially infrared avalanche photodiode arrays and focal plane arrays.s. We offer excellent growth opportunities, flexible time, and health benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in relevant science or engineering discipline
• Previous experience a laboratory or manufacturing environment involving assembly, integration, test and troubleshooting

Bonus skills:

• IR cameras and FPAs
• AutoCAD design or other design software
• Optoelectronic packaging technology and integration techniques
• Use hand tools to perform integration and assembly tasks in a laboratory environment
• Perform electrical characterization of components and integrated assemblies

Responsibilities

• Assemble optoelectronic components of FPAs into final device packaging including die attach, wire bonding, solder, inspect and test
• Work in mechanical and electrical subsystems and integrate them into a larger system
• Perform hands-on work on mechanical and electrical systems and components
