The Asset Reliability Manager will play a pivotal role in this goal through the technical development of maintenance and operations team and leading People, Budgeting, Planning & Scheduling, MRO, Key Technologies and a Knowledge Center HUB, while overseeing the Maintenance Workshop, contractors and partnering with in house business partners (utilities and facilities).
This role will have a strong focus on Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) through Progressive Maintenance (PM) driving continuous improvement in all maintenance categories such as: breakdowns eradication, planned corrective maintenance, inspections and repairs, Time/Cycle Based Maintenance and Condition Based Maintenance.
To define success, we will use key metrics for our priorities Safety, Health, Environment, Quality, Delivery, Cost and Morale, including but not limited to Safety and Quality Incidents Eradication, Volume Attainment, Productivity, Global Efficiency, MTBF, MTBB and MTTR, and Engagement.

The base salary range for this position is $95,100 - $130,800; the exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.

How you will contribute
You will:
- Develop and lead the maintenance and operations team, fostering a culture of maintenance excellence through training, coaching, and technical development.
- Leverage maintenance skills for maintenance supervisors, mechanics, electricians, and other personnel, ensuring continuous improvement through autonomous maintenance tools and best practices.
- Manage budgeting, planning, and scheduling to optimize maintenance costs while maintaining high equipment reliability and availability.
- Lead the Progressive Maintenance pillar, ensuring the application of breakdown elimination methodologies across all areas of the site, while also supporting, coaching, and auditing PM teams to maintain discipline and compliance with defined standards.
- Ensure compliance with company standards, rules, and policies, as well as safety, quality, and maintenance standards across the production process.
- Develop and execute optimized maintenance strategies, including predictive, preventive, scheduled corrective, and refurbishment maintenance of machinery and equipment to improve operational efficiency and reduce downtime.
- Drive MRO (Maintenance, Repair, and Operations) excellence, integrating spare parts management, procurement, and supplier relationships to enhance availability while minimizing costs and inventory levels.
- Oversee and continuously improve the Knowledge Center HUB, ensuring that best practices, technical documentation, and innovative maintenance strategies are captured and shared across the organization.
- Supervise and enhance the Maintenance Workshop, ensuring efficient execution of planned maintenance activities, effective resource utilization, and continuous improvement in workshop operations.
- Generate and oversee corrective work orders based on critical preventive maintenance, Condition-Based Maintenance (CBM), and reliability-centered strategies to ensure optimal asset performance.
- Coordinate and oversee the scheduling of machinery and equipment overhauls, utilizing data from PCP (Production Planning and Control) to align maintenance plans with operational needs.
- Ensure operational efficiency of machinery and equipment through adherence to preventive maintenance programs and strategic equipment renovations.
- Lead contractors and third-party service providers, ensuring adherence to company standards, safety protocols, and operational requirements, while also partnering with in-house business teams, including Utilities and Facilities, to align maintenance strategies with broader site infrastructure needs.
- Optimize SAP PM (maintenance management tool) for effective work order tracking, planning, and execution, ensuring proper spare parts requisitioning and auxiliary material planning.
- Ensure proper documentation and analysis of equipment operating conditions, historical maintenance data, and implemented improvements to drive continuous enhancements.
- Support the Early Management Pillar methodology for new projects and innovations, integrating engineering, maintenance, and reliability improvements.
- Lead projects and investments following Matrix RACI Engineering principles, ensuring alignment with long-term maintenance and business goals.
- Participate in systemic and improvement initiatives, contributing to the Master Plan of the Progressive Maintenance pillar and other Integrated Lean 6 Sigma methodology pillars to drive maintenance excellence across the site.
- Control and optimize maintenance costs, balancing budget efficiency with asset performance.
- Provide internal and external customer support as needed, responding to requests from DMS (Daily Management System) to ensure operational continuity.
- Oversee the organization, storage, and conservation of maintenance materials and equipment, ensuring proper handling and availability.
Education / Certifications:
- Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Engineering, Maintenance, Industrial Technology, or a related technical field.
- Certifications in TPM, Lean Manufacturing, Reliability Engineering, or Maintenance Excellence are a plus.
- Experience & Leadership - Minimum 5 years in Maintenance/Reliability with 3+ years leading teams, coaching, and driving performance.
- Servant Leadership & Team Development - Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop high-performing maintenance teams, fostering a culture of trust, accountability, and empowerment.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration - Strong experience partnering with Utilities, Facilities, Engineering, and Operations to align maintenance strategies with business needs.
- Change Management & Continuous Improvement - Demonstrated success in driving cultural and operational change, implementing TPM, Lean, RCA, and CBM methodologies.
- Maintenance Planning & MRO - Expertise in budgeting, planning & scheduling, spare parts, and MRO management to optimize efficiency and reliability.
- CMMS & Data-Driven Maintenance - Experience using SAP PM or similar CMMS to enhance maintenance execution, asset tracking, and cost control.
- Project & Investment Management - Ability to lead capital projects and reliability improvements, ensuring alignment with long-term business goals.
- Compliance & Industry Standards - Knowledge of unionized environments and regulatory compliance; food industry experience preferred.
- Cost & Resource Optimization - Strong financial acumen in budgeting, cost control, and resource allocation to balance efficiency and investment.
- Workshop & Knowledge Management - Experience overseeing Maintenance Workshops and Knowledge Center HUBs, ensuring best practices are standardized.
- Reliability & Asset Performance - Strong background in predictive, preventive, and progressive maintenance to improve asset lifecycle and performance.
