Summary:
Diagnose, create, and deliver customized solutions for executive talent development needs. Partner closely with our HR Business Partners to identify individual and systemic development opportunities and design innovative experiences to boost leader and team effectiveness. Collaborate to interpret data trends and translate them into actionable development objectives. Customize and design development solutions that align with individual leaders and team business priorities, complete end-to-end design of personalized learning and team development experiences, and create comprehensive leader development plans. Drive organizational performance by amplifying the impact of executives (VP+) at Northwestern Mutual.

Pay Range - End:
$172,250.00

Primary Duties & Responsibilities
- Consult with HRBPs and leaders to conduct needs assessment and identify root causes of development needs
- Explore and identify a range of potential talent solution options (may include business and talent strategy, process, assessment, learning and development, individual and team coaching, development planning, programs, executive coaching, etc.)
- Collaborate with Executive Talent Partner team members, HR stakeholders and cross-functional teams to develop holistic solution plans for clients
- Analyze individual assessment data and other talent data to generate data-driven insights that inform development plan and goal recommendations, succession planning and pipeline health
- Utilize assessment and other internal data sources to identify talent development trends on a team, business area, and/or enterprise level
- Measure and report the impact of talent and organization interventions using evaluation, metrics, and performance results.
- Proactively work with Executive Talent Partners to design and implement talent and organization plans. This may include organization/ team effectiveness, talent management, leadership development and change management.
- Customize the design of existing development solutions to align with individual leader and team business priorities to ensure relevance
- Complete end-to-end design of customized individual learning and team development experiences
- Create leader development plans and content and materials for customized solutions
- Deliver one-on-one consultation, coaching, learning, and action planning for leaders
- Facilitate internal partner/stakeholder meetings and deliver team workshops
Qualifications:
- Minimum 10 years of talent management and learning design or equivalent strategic HR experience
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, HR management or related field
- Graduate degree preferred
- Exceptional communication skills at all levels of an organization
- Strong consulting experience, preferably with senior leadership
- Capability to think strategically while effectively balancing strategic vision with practical execution
- Exceptional facilitation and presentation abilities to engage participants and adapt to various learning styles
- Comfort with expressing your point of view and providing constructive challenges when appropriate
- Strong collaboration skills, bringing empathy and the ability to influence effectively
- Ability to recognize trends and develop recommendations based on data analysis; able to utilize storytelling to convey data insights
- Demonstrated success in managing projects within cross-functional team settings, effectively supporting multiple projects concurrently
