Job Description
Tour 2: 9am - 5pm
AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES:
Under the general supervision of the Chief of Obstetrics and Gynecology, this employee assists in planning, organizing, and coordinating administrative support for the EMPOWER Center and other administrative support for the Department.
SUMMARY OF DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Create and Submit Reports to other departments as needed
2. Liaise with Central Office - Office of Ambulatory Care and Office of Population Health as needed.
3. Maintain and track PI Projects
4. Collect and track data and performance for multiple clinical PI Projects
5. Prepare agendas for minutes for different workgroups and committee meetings
6. Participate in PI coordinators meeting and liaise with Medical Director's Office-Quality, Regulatory, Performance Improvement.
7. Run Epic reports and utilize Epic data to inform on department operations and outcomes both inpatient and outpatient
8. Maintain filing as required
9. Participate in ambulatory care and Ob/Gyn in-service education and other required trainings
10. Participates in Ob/Gyn required meetings and other hospital wide meetings as necessary and as indicated
11. Performs other tasks as required
Minimum Qualifications
1. Master's degree from an accredited college or university; and one (1) year of administrative and operational support or related experience; or
2. Baccalaureate degree from an accredited college or university; and two (2) years of experience, as described in "1" above; or
3. A satisfactory equivalent combination of training, education, and/or experience, as described in #3 of Assignment Levels I and II above.
