Job Description

PURPOSE OF POSITION:

It plays an integral part in assisting the Finance Department to provide necessary accounting information for strategic reporting. Ensure facilities invoices are paid timely and accurately to avoid disruptions in the flow of operations. Work with sites to review and approve purchase requisitions in the acquisition of goods and services. Ensures that the Grants Management department receives timely and accurate reports needed for the submission of Report of Expenditures (ROEs). Liaise with Gotham facilities and CO AP to ensure petty Cash replenishments are issued timely. Prepares monthly PS and OTPS reports to be distributed to Gotham facilities. It also supports developmental assumptions/business calculations to be incorporated into the working forecast and approved budget. Will perform designated administrative assignments within prescribed limits related to the functions and authorities of the Chief Finance Officer.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Runs and reviews weekly Accounts Payable aging reports
Selects appropriate invoices to be paid in the Accounts Payable weekly payment cycle
Prepares and distributes monthly OTPS audit trail reports to Gotham sites
Liaise with vendors and sites to ensure invoices are received and paid timely
Acts as Gotham Health lead on all OTPS and vendor related matters
Receives and reviews all facilities petty cash replenishment reports and submits to CO for payment
Assist in the reconciliation of monthly Affiliation FTE Reports
Perform data validation for Gotham Providers and reporting of routine download of system data into the databases.
Facilitates reports and information needed by Grants management for the submission of periodic Report of Expenditures (ROEs)
Supports the development of Gotham Health annual budgets by submitting accurate actual reports and forecasting future trends
Attends and participates in corporate wide Supply Chain related events
Travel between sites as necessary to support smooth flow of fiscal operations
Train and mentor new hires
Works on Ad Hoc requests
Facilitates team meetings as necessary
Performs other duties as assigned by the Deputy Chief Finance Officer or Chief Finance Officer

Minimum Qualifications
1. Master's degree from an accredited college or university in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or a related discipline with an emphasis on accounting and financial systems; and two (2) years of responsible-level experience in fiscal management or administration with an emphasis on financial
systems, management information and controls, one (1) year of which must have been in a responsible administrative or managerial capacity; or
2.Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in disciplines, as listed in "1" above; and three(3)years of experience, as described in "1" above, one (1) year of which must have been in a responsible administrative or managerial capacity.
