Responsibilities:
This position is a critical component of the team that provides the leadership and management of the Nursing department to assure that the optimal achievable quality of care is provided to the residents by the nursing staff. This leadership will be provided by creating systems and processes all within the focus of the facility's organizational mission, vision, and goals.

Qualifications:
- Registered Nurse License with current registration in New York State
- Possess a minimum of 5 years related experience in a health-care facility, including supervisory experience
- Valid in-person CPR certificate/BLS with AED certificate
- Exceptional leadership skills that foster department and interdisciplinary teamwork, morale and productivity.
- Strong verbal, written interpersonal skills that promote employee engagement with supervisors, peers and subordinates.
