Assistant Employment Attorney

Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Assistant Civil Employment Attorney to support our legal team in providing expert advice and representation in employment law matters. The ideal candidate will assist in various legal tasks and contribute to the success of our clients in labor and employment issues.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in researching and drafting legal documents related to employment law cases
• Support senior attorneys in case preparation and strategy
• Conduct legal research on employment law topics and relevant case law
• Review and analyze employment contracts, policies, and compliance issues
• Attend client meetings and assist in providing legal advice
• Assist in litigation preparation, including discovery and trial preparation
• Maintain organized case files and documentation

Must Have:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Admission to CO Bar
• 1+ Yr of employment law and labor regulations experience

Additional Qualities:

• Excellent research and analytical skills
• Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Prior experience in a law firm or legal environment is preferred
