Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required
- Experience working in a collegiate athletic department
- Professional communication skills to interact with the various publics
- Basic computer skills including Microsoft products and Network internet
Job Concepts
- Assist in coordination of NIL and transfer portal
- Perform duties in all pre-season, in-season and off-season practice sessions
- Perform duties during inter collegiate competitions as assigned by the head coach
- Perform administrative duties as assigned by the head coach, including but not limited to conducting study halls,
checking class attendance of student-athletes, team travel plans, assisting with equipment, room checks, etc. - Attend all NCAA compliance educational sessions as required by the university compliance coordinator
- Study the NCAA Compliance Manual and s ay abreast and comply with all NCAA rules and regulations
- Assist in conducting camps as assigned by head coach
- Assist in fundraisers as assigned
- Perform recruiting duties as assigned by Recruiting Coordinator and Head Coach
- Assist the NSU admissions office in identifying and recruiting students who are outstanding academically or in extracurricular activities other than athletics
- Identify and cultivate potential donors to the team, athletic department, and the university
