We are seeking a seasoned warehouse and operations leader, ready to hit the ground running. This role provides a unique opportunity for the right candidate to wield substantial influence in the success and growth of our organization.

Primary Job Responsibilities
  • Assist with developing and managing a comprehensive strategy for the facility by shaping requirements, assessing deliverables and utilizing resources to help eliminate process problems
  • Drives continuous improvements to safety, quality, cost and delivery while growing and expanding capabilities within the warehouse
  • Review and prepare any action plans while ensuring productivity, quality and customer service standards are met
  • Responsible for the production and sequencing operations of the entire plant/shift
  • Must be an on-the-production floor leader, observing, analyzing, questioning, discussing, teaching, learning and leading others to continually improve operational performance.
  • Ensures all new employees are properly on-boarded, completing required paperwork and following a structured training schedule
  • Acts as a role model for the department in support of corporate mission, vision, and values

Qualifications and Experience
  • 10 years leadership experience in a managing a high daily volume facility
  • 10 years' progressive experience and demonstrated success as a supervisor/shift manager/operations manager
  • 5 years of project management
  • Lean Six Sigma Experience and Continuous Process Improvement knowledge and experience preferred
