The Harris School of Public Policy invites applications for an Assistant Instructional Professor to expand its course offerings in macroeconomics, international trade, finance, and financial regulation.
The position will be a two-year, renewable appointment. Qualifications for the appointment must include a demonstrated record of excellent teaching in relevant courses. Applicants must have teaching experience and have completed a Ph.D. by the start date in public policy, economics, business, finance, or related fields. The Assistant Instructional Professor will teach 4-6 courses per academic year, depending on non-classroom responsibilities. The anticipated start date will be on or after September 1, 2025.

The terms and conditions of employment for this position are covered by a collective bargaining agreement between the Service Employees International Union (SEIU) and the University.
Salary Range or Pay Grade: $73,117 - $95,000.
