Assistant Operations Manager

Lalamove Automotive offers comprehensive vehicle loan and rental programs in the Greater Manila Area and Pampanga to help Lalamove Partner Drivers upgrade their vehicles and their life.
In our efforts to solidify our market presence, we are currently building a strong sales team, which will cater to our partner drivers who are motivated to earn more. We are particularly looking for highly motivated and self-driven individuals to join our sales team and make a difference, have fun and earn.Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure that all sales operations align with company policies and industry standards.
• Work closely with sales, finance, and service departments to coordinate the sales process, ensuring a seamless customer journey.
• Assist in analyzing sales data and operational metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
• Monitor compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.
• Manage and resolve any operational issues, working proactively to minimize disruptions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in operations management, ideally within the automotive industry.
• Proven leadership experience for 2+ years.
• Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with vehicle sales processes, inventory control, and logistics management.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Willi ng to work onsite in 4F, Tower 2 Paranaque Integrated Terminal Exchange (PITX) 1 Kennedy Road, Brgy. Tambo, Paranaque City
