Required Qualifications
Jeanne Clery Act
The Jeanne Clery Disclosure of Campus Security Policy and Campus Crime Statistics Act is a federal statute requiring colleges and universities participating in federal financial aid programs to maintain and disclose campus crime statistics and security information. By October 1 of each year, institutions must publish and distribute their Annual Campus Security Policy & Crime Statistics Report (ASR) to current and prospective students and employees. - Provides hospital-based urologic care and consultation in an academic medical center
- Provides pediatric urologic care in a hospital-based outpatient clinic
- Performs a wide variety of urological surgical procedures
- Participates in teaching activities, including conferences and lectures, bedside teaching, and rounds for medical students and/or residents, and continuing medical education
- Engages in advancement of scientific knowledge through research and/or scholarship
- Provides on-call coverage, as scheduled
- Ensures compliance with HIPM and billing regulations
- Serves the academic community through participations in institutional governance, such as committee work and other administrative duties
- Contributes to the community through academically-related public service complimentary to the institutional mission
- Adheres to institutional and departmental policies and procedures
- Demonstrates professionalism in accordance with the Paul L. Foster School of Medicine's Statement of Faculty Professional Responsibility
- Upholds and promotes the values-based culture of TTUHSC El Paso
Preferred Qualifications
- Board certification in urology by the American Board of Urology
- Board certification in Pediatric Urology by the American Board of Urology
- Experience in teaching medical students and residents
- Experience in conducting research and publishing scientific reports
- Emerging or established regional or national reputation for the rank of associate professor or higher

Required Qualifications
- M.D or D.O. degree
- Successful completion of ACGME-accredited residency training in Urology
- Successful completion of ACGME-accredited pediatric urology fellowship training
- Texas Medical License, or eligible for medical licensure in the State of Texas
