About the Position

As an Assistant Project Manager, you will provide critical on-site support to the Project Manager and other senior staff. You will be involved in various aspects of project execution, from planning through completion, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the client's specifications. You will work closely with subcontractors, vendors, and project teams to facilitate smooth day-to-day operations and address any issues that arise on the job site.
Requirements
  • Experience: 2-4 years of experience in construction project management or as an Assistant Project Manager, with exposure to university or large-scale commercial projects.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
  • Skills:
    • Strong organizational and time management skills.
    • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
    • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with various teams and stakeholders.
    • Familiarity with project management software (Procore, Buildertrend, etc.) is a plus.
    • Knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and industry standards.
    • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
