At Marysville Toyota, we pride ourselves on delivering a phenomenal customer experience each and every time our guests visit our dealership. We are looking for an Assistant Service Manager to help take us to the next level. This candidate will work closely with our service advisor staff and help them grow and develop into a high performing team. This is a hands-on role and you will be working with and coaching our service drive team on how to write repair orders, sell recommended service work, communicate effectively with customers, all while maintaining industry leading customer satisfaction.
THE ROLE
Take full leadership and accountability for our service advisors in a high volume, fast paced work environment. Must be prepared to roll up your sleeves and jump in as necessary and lead by example and possess the ability to build and grow a strong, high performing team.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
The ideal candidate would be someone that has worked in the automotive industry as a service advisor for several years and performed at an extremely high level. You must be able to lead and manage a team of people to achieve monthly sales goals and forecasts for the department. You must be able to create and maintain high employee satisfaction and be a "lead by example" type of manager. You must be able to create a culture of award winning customer satisfaction and display the skillset necessary for resolving customer conflict, when necessary. This is a perfect fit for someone that has established themselves in the automotive service industry and is looking to take that next step into a management position.

QUALIFICATIONS
Must be proficient working with CDK, Total Customer Connect, Dealer Daily, Microsoft Word and Excel, and Drive Centric. Must have outstanding communication skills and be able to work with a wide variety of people and be able to take the current staff to the next level. Must truly believe in an employee centric and customer first working environment, because people make the difference!
Pay Range
$80,000 - $120,000 Annually

- Build your own team and create a positive culture for long term success
- Exhibit the ability to lead, recruit, train, and develop employees
- Deliver sales results that align with targets and goals set by management
- Conduct regular one-on-one's with employees
- Help create and develop processes and procedures to make department more efficient and productive
- Work closely with Service Director to establish department's goals and objectives
- Have full mastery of all operating systems
- Manage and develop our service department call center
