Position Summary

Interventional Radiologist

The Department of Radiology & Imaging Sciences at Indiana University School of Medicine in partnership with Indiana University Health Medical Group is seeking an interventional radiologist to join the Division of Vascular and Interventional Radiology (VIR). This is a clinical track position.

This position involves the practice of interventional radiology at a thriving Indianapolis suburban hospital with the option of intermittent coverage of the busy academic healthcare center downtown. The physician will have the opportunity to establish and grow procedural radiology services with support from advanced practice providers. In addition, the VIR division prioritizes education with a robust residency. This position includes teaching residents, fellows, and medical students both in the VIR suite and in didactic conferences.

Basic Qualifications

Doctorate or terminal degree required. Minimum requirements include MD/DO and successful graduation from an ACGME accredited IR fellowship or integrated/independent residency program. Candidates must be eligible for licensure in Indiana and IR/DR board certified or eligible. Although not required, applicants interested in research are encouraged to apply.
