Thorne Crest Senior Living Community is looking for an Assisted Living Director (LALD)! Thorne Crest has a beautiful campus, that has been serving the Albert Lea area for over 55 years! As the Assisted Living Administrator (LALD) at Thorne Crest, you will oversee the operations of the Assisted Living Departments in accordance with state and federal regulations; as well as, the ABHM mission and core values, including development and implementation of strategies, tactics, policies, and procedures within the ABHM performance dimensions of employee engagement, quality, mission effectiveness and stewardship.

- Salary ranges from $76,000-$92,000/annually, based on your experience!

What You Need:
- Licensed Assisted Living Director (LALD) within the state of MN
- Bachelor's degree in Long Term Care, Management, Human Services, or equivalent
- 1+ year of Leadership experience required in the Assisted Living or equivalent areas
- Demonstrated leadership competencies in health care management and operations
