About the Job

We currently have an exciting opportunity for Associate eCommerce Operations Manager to join our Digital eCommerce Operations team. This individual will drive operational efficiency and customer satisfaction with our fulfillment and post purchase processes.

What You'll Do | Key Accountabilities
  • Partner with Customer Support, Customer Experience and Tech teams to identify friction points with eCommerce processes and implement solutions increasing Net Promoter Score (NPS) and minimizing call volume
  • Partner with Store Operations to identify friction points and implement optimizations within the Omni & eCommerce operations processes to drive a seamless customer experience and drive Omni growth
  • Support eCommerce Operations initiatives including vendor direct
  • eCommerce Operations Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) & Reporting - responsible for monitoring, identifying actionable insights, and reporting on key operations and fulfillment KPIs across ecommerce to drive a strong customer experience
  • Partners with Analytics to build and validate reporting and dashboards
  • Collaborate with product managers in the implementation of any functionality related to ecommerce fulfillment
  • Partners with Lead eCommerce Operations Manager and eCommerce Operations Director on major initiatives
  • Other duties as assigned


What You'll Bring | Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor of Business or related degree, or equivalent combination of education, training and/or experience
  • 5+ years' experience in a role focusing on operations, ecommerce, or a similar function
  • Apparel industry preferred, but not required
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong project management skills with proven track record of delivering high quality work under tight timelines
  • Proven Ability to build effective partnerships and interact successfully with diverse individuals at all levels to influence results
  • Able to effectively analyze and translate data into actionable business plans
  • Creative problem solver with the ability to prioritize initiatives and anticipate business needs
  • Very detail oriented with ability to multi-task and maintain organization
  • Work well independently and collaboratively with all levels of the organization
  • Experience with Microsoft Office suite of programs, including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Work Environment, Physical & Mental Demands
  • Ability to sit and work at a computer keyboard for extended periods of time
  • Ability to stoop, kneel, bend at the waist, and reach daily
  • Able to lift and move up to 25 pounds occasionally
  • Must utilize visual acuity, speech and hearing, hand and eye coordination and manual dexterity necessary to operate a computer and office equipment
  • Hours regularly 40 hours per week, as work dictates, from a remote location.

The starting salary for this position is $70,200 - $93,700 and may increase to $117,000 depending on merit, length of service with the Company, and other factors. We take into consideration an individual's skills, background, and experience in determining final salary. Base pay information is based on market location and may be subject to prevailing wage laws, if applicable.
