Associate Attorney

As we grow our team, we are looking for an Associate Attorney that demonstrates expertise in professional liability, securities litigation, labor and employment law, and/or insurance broker liability.

Who You Are:

• Juris Doctor degree from an Accredited Law School
• Licensed to Practice in New York (Willing to Waive into NJ - Plus)
• Litigation Experience
• Court appearances and deposition experience required
• Experience drafting summary judgment motions and other dispositive motions
• Knowledge of federal and state rules of civil procedures

What You Will Be Doing?

• Drafting legal documents, including pleadings and motions
• Assisting with discovery, including drafting demands, analyzing responses and reviewing/digesting document productions
• Conducting Legal Research
• Working closely with other attorneys and Partners on legal projects and assignments
• Regularly handling court appearances and depositions
• Reporting to clients and carriers on the status of each matter
• Organizing and prioritizing workload
