Qualifications must include:

- Lead and oversee all academic, research, and public service programs related to rural medicine sites.
- Manage and direct the Frontier And Rural Medicine (FARM) program, including overseeing staff members.
- Promote student professionalism and ethical behavior.
- Contribute to the recruitment, mentoring, and professional development of teaching faculty, both academic and clinical.
- Ensure that student needs and academic requirements are met, particularly in the context of rural health care settings.
- Represent SSOM and the university to health care affiliates and other relevant stakeholders.
- Participate in fund-raising efforts and external development activities to support rural health initiatives.
- Manage the budget and allocation of resources for rural medical programs.
Qualifications must include:
