We are looking for an Associate-Digitalization & IT Assurance. This hybrid position can be based out of Iselin, NJ, Plano, TX, or Atlanta, GA.
As technology leadership is at the center of Siemens' strategy, the Digitalization & IT Audit Practice plays a pivotal role in providing assurance to the Managing Board and the Audit Committee. We create impact by exploring bold questions around risks and opportunities emerging from artificial intelligence, digitalization, evolving business models, cloudification, data privacy, and implementation of large IT/ transformation projects.
To deliver on our vision of being pioneers in assurance and a talent incubator for Siemens, CF A offers a unique Grow and Development Model. - Identify key risks in Siemens's digital environments - on premise as well as in the cloud - that form the backbone of our company, major IT transformation projects, new digital products, and business models.
- Design and execute comprehensive audit programs and controls to address the identified risks.
- Enhance and challenge existing audit techniques.
- Develop and promote digital use cases that increase coverage and the overall assurance in cooperation with our data analytics team.
- Independently drive assurance objectives, define and align conclusions, and recommend improvements to drive change (as necessary) in the organization.
- Collaborate with external auditors to ensure effective and efficient audit procedures.
- Drive meetings with auditees and key stakeholders to present the team's conclusions and recommended improvements.
- Actively contribute to shaping the future of the department by identifying priorities and implementing changes.
- Maintain and build your network in various Siemens businesses and functions.
- Conduct your audit engagements using CF A's Agile Audit Framework.
You'll win us over by having the following qualifications:
Basic Qualifications:
- Proven track record of career development, including 5-7+ years of professional experience within Siemens, a technology company, or a respected assurance and consulting firm.
- Bachelor's degree in ideally in IT or a STEM related field.
- Understanding of IT risk management and assurance principles, along with 5-7+ years of hands-on programming experience.
- Strong desire and drive to develop into a business or functional role after 3-5 years in audit.
- 5-7+ years of experience in designing and managing at least one of the following areas:
- cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform),
- data processing/storage/analytics technologies (engineering, processing, databases)
- software development methodology (DevOps, CI/CD)
- Ability and willingness to travel up to 30% of the time (both domestic and international).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's Degree
- Excellent communication skills to summarize and describe audit results.
- Understanding of key performance indicators used to measure the success of technology, R&D, or software development would be an added advantage.

- The pay range for this position is $118,300-$202,800, and the annual incentive target will be 15% of the base salary. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
