The Cybersecurity PMO Associate Director is responsible for leading and managing the cybersecurity Identity and Access Management (IAM) project management office. This role involves overseeing the planning, implementation, and tracking of cybersecurity projects, ensuring they meet organizational goals, timelines, and budget constraints. The Associate Director will work closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with strategic objectives and to mitigate cybersecurity risks effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
Project Management Leadership:
Lead the cybersecurity project managers providing direction, mentorship, and oversight to project managers and teams.
Develop and implement standardized project management methodologies, processes, and tools to ensure consistent project delivery.
Monitor project progress, performance, and deliverables to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
Strategic Planning and Execution:
Collaborate with stakeholders to define and prioritize cybersecurity initiatives and projects.
Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, timelines, resources, budgets, and risk management strategies.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Risk and Compliance Management:
Identify, assess, and mitigate cybersecurity risks associated with projects.
Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Implement and maintain robust risk management frameworks and practices.
Stakeholder Communication and Reporting:
Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, providing regular updates and addressing concerns.
Prepare and present detailed project reports, including progress, risks, and mitigation strategies, to senior leadership.
Facilitate effective communication and collaboration across cross-functional teams.
Resource Management:
Manage project resources, including personnel, budgets, and tools, to ensure optimal utilization.
Coordinate with HR and other departments to allocate and recruit necessary talent for project success.
Oversee vendor and third-party relationships, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations.
Continuous Improvement:
Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the PMO, enhancing project management processes and methodologies.
Stay up-to-date with the latest cybersecurity trends, technologies, and best practices.
Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence within the team.

Required Skills & Experience
- 8-10 years of experience in project management, with a focus on cybersecurity.
- Previous leadership experience in a PMO or similar role is highly desirable.
Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Excellent project management skills, including planning, execution, and risk management.
In-depth knowledge of cybersecurity principles, frameworks, and best practices.
Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in project management software and tools.
