Compensation Range: $127,305- $146,395. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off. The Company anticipates the application deadline for this job posting will be 6/27/25.

We're looking for an Associate Director, Creative (Copywriter) who is exceptionally qualified, eager to learn and a delight to work with. Responsibilities
- Conceptual Leadership & Collaborative Vision: a willingness to work closely with Art Directors and senior Creatives to bring daydreams to life in the form of cross-channel communications, digital marketing and site work.
- Exceptional & Meticulous Copywriting: an exuberant work ethic and exacting attention to detail, whether it's punctuating your copy, answering a brief or staying true to the brand's tone and style.
- Collaborative Spirit: A love of collaborating with your team members - creative directors, art directors, designers, coders and other equally talented eccentrics - to consistently deliver polished, award-worthy work.
- Cross-channel perfection: One big concept, so many messaging mediums - you'll be a master at making an idea translate effectively and flawlessly across all marketing assets.
Qualifications
- A four-year degree (preferably in English, journalism or a related field) and 7 to 9 years of strong work experience, preferably in an advertising or interactive agency.
- Energy, a sense of humor, and an open and curious mind (yes, these things really do matter).
- Sharp writing skills and experience developing copy for large cross-channel and/or direct-marketing initiatives across media, both online and off.
- A willingness to travel as needed (hey, new places, new faces, new ideas - right?).
- Excellent presentation and communication skills - both internal and client facing.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire creative teams.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful advertising campaigns across various media
- A robust portfolio that shows your talent in both print and web
