The Data Operations team is pivotal in the delivery of modern agency services. We are tightly integrated with planning and investment teams to deliver on and exceed our clients' business goals.

Responsibilities:

External facing responsibilities:
  • Lead taxonomy strategy conversations across key stakeholders for breakout of media reporting
  • Development of data warehouse and visualization dashboards
  • Creation and maintenance of calculated measurements and dimensions
  • Development of dashboards using data visualization tools such as Datorama and Tableau
  • Consult with subject-matter experts to design and develop business rules for data processing
  • Setup and maintenance of data streams using business intelligence tools
  • Lead taxonomy strategy conversations across key stakeholders for break out of media reporting
  • Gather reporting requirements for internal/external dashboard & reports
  • Proactively elevate and resolve project roadblocks and issues
  • Manage project plans for internal/external reporting across internal teams
  • Provide ongoing technical support for data ops processes and taxonomy recommendations
  • Ensuring timely follow through on all scheduled and ad hoc deliverables
  • Ensures compliance of data quality standards

Internal facing responsibilities:
  • Drive adoption of reporting automation across teams
  • Facilitate communication and progression of tasks through regular status meetings and working sessions
  • Setup ongoing QA process and cadence
  • Lead, mentor and train junior level staff and offshore teams
  • Create, gather and write data-related standards and processes documents
  • Propose and generate targeted solutions on data quality issues and operational inefficiencies

Required Skills:
  • Data Collection and Processing: Experienced in building data visualization solutions (Tableau, Datorama, etc.) as well as automation solutions (Alteryx, Datorama, etc.)
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Advanced knowledge of the function and formation of standardized taxonomy practices for more accurate and efficient data collection & automation
  • Expert in QA resolution
  • Experienced with planning, optimization and analysis tools (Planit, Prisma, DDS)
  • Demonstrated familiarity with self-serve tools within Search platforms (Google Ads, Bing, SA360), Programmatic DSPs (DV360, Yahoo, etc.), Ad Servers (CM360, Innovid, etc.), Social Platforms (Meta, Pinterest, TikTok, etc.) and Google Suite (Marketing Platform, Tag Manager, Analytics, Merchant Center)
  • Excellent project management skills

Education and Experience:
  • A university degree in a related field, and 5-7 years of experience in advertising, management consulting, marketing or digital consulting
  • Knowledge of agency-side execution processes

This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, other job-related qualifications/skills, and geographic location (to account for comparative cost of living). The Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. For this role, benefits include: health insurance, vision insurance, dental insurance, 401(k), Healthcare Flexible Spending Account, Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account, vacation days, sick days, personal days, paid parental leave, paid medical leave, and STD/LTD insurance benefits.

Compensation Range

$115,000-$130,000 USD

This role is hybrid, requiring three (3) days per week in the office. The remaining two (2) days may be worked remotely. Specific in-office days will be discussed during the interview process, with flexibility to align with team needs. Please note that the number or required in-office days may be adjusted over time, potentially increasing the number of required in-office days based on business needs.
