As the Associate Director, you will play a crucial role as the day-to-day lead in developing plans, executing digital buys, managing pacing, performance, and reporting insights, interacting with/presenting to clients, collaborating with internal teams, and leading the team responsible for digital activation. One of your critical focuses will be to ensure the correct usage of the Digital Activation Process within your area of responsibility. Having a positive attitude and being willing to "roll up your sleeves" is essential in order to successfully accomplish your responsibilities. Experience working across various media channels is preferred, and a curiosity in emerging media platforms is a must-have quality.
Responsibilities
This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, other job-related qualifications/skills, and geographic location (to account for comparative cost of living). The Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Compensation Range
$115,000-$125,000 USD
This role is hybrid, requiring three (3) days per week in the office. The remaining two (2) days may be worked remotely. Specific in-office days will be discussed during the interview process, with flexibility to align with team needs. Please note that the number or required in-office days may be adjusted over time, potentially increasing the number of required in-office days based on business needs.

Responsibilities
- Bring proactivity and leadership to the clients and the team
- Ability to balance working on multiple campaigns at once
- Provide excellent client service by being responsive, accountable and detail oriented
- Build sound strategic tactical recommendations in excel and corresponding deck that ladder up to client business goals
- Setting the tone and strategic direction of the team, focused on growth and application of learnings.
- Understand and direct multiple user touch points that can influence creative and messaging strategies
- Oversee team development of supervisors and senior associates
- Communication & Collaboration, working with internal teams, clients, and external vendors
- Have strong plan negotiating skills, always trying to push partners for added value or savings.
- Ability to write a strong partner POV
- Adaptability of staying ahead of industry changes, platform updates, and trends
- Developing strategic partnerships and providing subject matter expertise to clients, partners, and internal teams.
- Overseeing campaign creation and implementation and directing the day-to-day operations of the activation team
- Attention to detail ensuring correct tracking, placements, and creatives
- Managing client conversations related to digital media on a regular basis.
- Coordinating closely with the activation team for efficient and effective campaign setup, adjustments, and performance.
- Overseeing billing and reconciliation process.
- 6+ years of experience in media planning and expert knowledge of digital buying
- Proficiency in various digital formats including: direct display, newsletters, digital video, streaming audio, podcasts, content/experiential (a plus)
- Vast knowledge of digital partner landscape
- Experience working directly with billing flowcharts
- Knowledge of cross cultural space (a plus)
- Hands-on experience using Digital platforms (Google Ads, DCM, Prisma, Doubleverify); Kantar is a plus
- Strong writing and presenting skills
- Past experience in writing reporting insights
