The Role
As a Sales Operations Lead at Kyndryl, you will be responsible for orchestrating and executing the end-to-end sales operations rhythm, encompassing pipeline management, forecast reviews, quarterly business reviews (QBRs), and growth governance.
You will serve as a trusted advisor to account teams, ensuring sales and delivery excellence through structured play execution, such as SLE/SPL plays, and continuous readiness. Your role will involve developing, optimizing, and scaling sales performance frameworks, including opportunity health, deal progression, win-loss analysis, and operational KPIs.
You will drive consistency and accountability in the go-to-market cadence, ensuring alignment between strategic objectives and tactical execution. Partnering cross-functionally, you will accelerate deals, remove blockers, and identify growth opportunities within key accounts.
You will champion tools and systems that enable visibility, predictability, and precision in sales and delivery motions. Additionally, you will foster a culture of high performance through enablement programs, leadership coaching, and data-driven decision-making.
Collaborating with Account Partners, you will ensure timely and accurate contract registration and PO processing. Furthermore, you will empower Account Partners to strengthen client relationships through effective use of CRM tools to track, coordinate, and manage client engagements.

Required Skills and Experience
- 8+ years of experience in sales operations, GTM strategy, or business transformation roles in consulting, technology, or services firms.
- Proven track record of supporting large-scale sales teams and improving sales velocity, forecast accuracy, and operational hygiene.
- Expertise in growth frameworks, play-based execution, pipeline governance, and strategic account support.
- Strong understanding of service delivery dynamics and how to connect delivery excellence to growth outcomes.
- Comfortable working in matrixed, fast-paced environments with executive-level stakeholders.
- Analytical thinker with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Clear, persuasive communicator with high emotional intelligence and business acumen.
- Attention to detail with the ability to ensure tasks do not fall through the cracks.
