Job Function: The Associate Director of Business Analytics works with a small team of experienced data warehousing professionals to apply data warehousing and data visualization technical skills to assist in the on-going management and development of a mature and broadly used data warehousing/business analytics program. This position will focus on monitoring and supporting current data marts as business requirements, underlying source systems and data mart management procedures change and evolve. This role will also be involved with the innovation effort for data warehouse technology exploration and upgrading. Job Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the data warehousing environment and data marts according to business requirements and data warehousing best practices.
• Engage with business process owners and utilize analytical and problem-solving skills to understand how best to fulfill their business analytics needs.
• Collaborate with team members, business process owners, and source system developers to keep informed of underlying business requirements and recommend source system changes that should be in a data mart.
• Assist with optimizing the data warehouse architecture and operations by implementing best practices for refactored data mart development.
• Lead the migration of data marts from managed VM instance to cloud native platform.
• Other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

• Education Required Bachelor's degree.
• Three or more years of experience.
• Preferred experience includes SQL, PL/SQL, .Net/C#, JSON, XML, SQL DBA, Azure/cloud computing, Tableau, SSRS, Excel, SharePoint, Snowflake data platform/technologies Familiarity with Agile methodology, project management and/or Lean techniques preferred.
