Job Description

Priority1 is a growing technology and logistics company that is searching for an Associate Director of Sales to help develop, create, and lead a new segment of our business. This position will work with the Vice President of Digital Sales to drive new business growth and increase market share. The Associate Director of Sales will be responsible for helping create sales processes, growing a customer base and assisting with the development of the digital sales channel. This leader should be highly competitive, goal and task oriented, and have excellent organization and management skills.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities include the following:
  • Successfully cultivate and close leads driven through the digital sales channel
  • After growing a book of business, develop and build a high performing sales group
  • Assist in developing and executing a strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base
  • Providing a consultative solutions sales process to prospects
  • Successfully utilize & develop Hub Spot CRM to manage leads
  • Assist with identifying areas for improved lead development and work with marketing to enhance them
  • Cultivate lasting relationships with customers to grow customer loyalty
  • Develop and present formal presentations using PowerPoint and web presentation materials
  • Meet and exceed goals for new business
  • Other projects & tasks as assigned

Requirements
  • One year of recent freight sales leadership experience required
  • Must relocate or live in Phoenix, Arizona
  • Bachelor's Degree Preferred
  • Naturally enthusiastic and energetic
  • Determined to be part of a winning team
  • A burning desire to be successful

Compensation
  • Base Salary of $90,000-$110,000 Depending on Experience + Uncapped Commission

Physical Requirements:

Job functions require long periods of sitting and working from computer workstation; ability to multi-task, problem solve, and prioritize daily workload; excellent organization and record keeping skills; comfortable with oral and written communications, primarily on the telephone and email. Requires extended periods of sitting, normal walking, bending, twisting, and stretching. Capability of sight and hearing required. Ability to deal with stressful situations and occasionally working extended hours. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
