How you will Make an Impact:
  • Collaborate with internal technical, operational, and business development team members to scope and quote proposals, work orders, and change orders
  • Serve as primary point-of-contact for project logistics planning
  • Implement and optimize applicable project management planning systems and communication tools, as well as define and design workflows for efficiencies and project success
  • Develop and foster client relationships, with ultimate responsibility for the client experience
  • Develop and maintain project plans and timelines for multiple projects
  • Promote positive and productive working relationships across a diverse portfolio of clients and their projects with varying communication styles and teamwork preferences
  • Collaborate with internal and external project team members to anticipate, identify, and communicate project needs and changing priorities
  • Monitor project progress and performance and raising awareness when resource and prioritization changes may be appropriate to consider
  • Coordinate and supporting resolution of issues that arise
  • Support business planning through forecasting capacity, deliverables, and revenue projections
  • Present at and facilitate internal and external meetings
  • Collaborate with internal technical, operational, and business development team members to scope and quote proposals, work orders, and change orders

Education & Experience:
  • Bachelor's Degree, minimum 8 years of experience in pharmaceutical industry with a focus on project management or related role
  • Experience managing a team of PMs for client-service capability, program progression, and career growth.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other project management software (i.e. Smartsheet, Workfront, Jira)
  • Proven success of leading complex projects and driving forward to achieve goals and meet delivery objectives
  • Proven success in a client service role rooted in building and maintaining relationships with internal and external clients and teams
  • Project management certification a plus
