What can you expect from this position?
Reporting to the Executive Director, Commercial Development, the Associate Director, Revenue Diversification & Commercial Performance is a key member of the Commercial Leadership team, overseeing various strategic performance and development initiatives. In this role you will build net new revenue streams that diversify the business and collaborate with the commercial team to create reporting systems and processes that capture and communicate performance and provide insights to the department and enterprise.
You will be responsible for establishing Toronto Pearson's diversification strategy and governance. While working with existing Commercial Business Leaders to assess and analyze commercial performance, establish regular and executive level reporting, serve as a key contributor to commercial strategy development and deliverables, and leverage insights across existing commercial businesses and the industry to mine new revenue opportunities.
In this capacity you will also be responsible for staying attuned to commercial market opportunities and innovations, blending performance and market insights to identify new opportunities. In addition to building a pool of diversification opportunities, you will create a robust governance and evaluation structure to swiftly assess new opportunities across the enterprise's goals, prioritize and pursue top opportunities through a development pipeline - overseeing opportunities through from inception to delivery.
This is a hybrid role with three in office days per week.

This is the role for you, if you have:
- Post-secondary degree with a concentration in Business/Commerce, Economics, Finance, Marketing or similar
- Valid Ontario Driver's License
- Minimum 7 years in strategic growth/sales, business development, marketing or similar field
- Minimum 5 years of management experience
- Demonstrated experience in a senior-level position, showcasing critical thinking, decision-making, and leadership abilities in a change management context
- Ability to obtain and retain Transportation Security Clearance
