Associate Director Sales, Programmatic

Location: NYC 3x per week in office

The role:

We are looking for a driven sales professional to expand our programmatic business by securing new partnerships and deepening relationships with agencies and brands nationwide. This role will focus on identifying growth opportunities, developing strategic sales initiatives, and driving revenue through innovative programmatic solutions.

This position reports to senior leadership and is based in a collaborative NYC office environment, where teams work together in person several days a week.

Who You Are:

You have a strong background in programmatic sales and a proven ability to build and maintain high-value relationships. You are a strategic thinker who excels at identifying new opportunities and closing deals that drive company success.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead revenue growth efforts by securing new business and expanding existing partnerships.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, including programmatic buyers and trading teams.
  • Identify client needs and collaborate with internal teams to align solutions with business objectives.
  • Craft targeted sales strategies to maximize revenue potential.
  • Ensure client satisfaction and long-term partnership success.


Key Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in digital sales, specializing in programmatic solutions.
  • Strong ability to manage and close deals independently while exceeding revenue targets.
  • Experience using Salesforce to track pipeline performance and optimize sales efforts.
  • Exceptional relationship-building skills with a focus on high-value partnerships.
  • Highly organized, analytical, and able to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive, results-driven mindset with professionalism and integrity.

Comp: Up to $150k base + bonus
