Associate Director

Conduit Search is seeking an upper management level engineer in the Miami Dade area for an Associate opportunity with a full-service engineering firm. Our client has multiple offices, including NY, Philadelphia and Florida, and this Associate will help lead the fast growing Miami Dade area office.

Associate Position Information:

• Will oversee a growing team of ~30 engineering professionals

Role with the Company:

The Associate is an upper management leader and corporate advisor, working closely with executive management to provide clients with expert professional engineering guidance and support on projects. The Associate is responsible for managing the project stakeholder experience and the project quality, providing superior day-to-day project initiation, planning, execution, and close-out leadership throughout the project lifecycle. In addition, the Associate is a team leader responsible for managing a group of engineers and designers of various levels and trades who work on the same projects.

Background Profile:

• Minimum 10yrs experience in professional engineering, with minimum 5yrs experience leading engineering projects of various sizes and complexities in a Project Manager role.
• 4-year Engineering degree.
• Professional Engineering License preferred.
