Associate General Counsel

The Associate General Counsel will work directly with the General Counsel to support all legal operations for the Company. The successful candidate will be primarily responsible for supporting field operations, clinical leadership, and corporate support functions, providing state regulatory and compliance advice and guidance, overseeing Optometrist Contracting and Real Estate matters, and assisting with contract review. The successful candidate will have at least 10 years' in-house corporate experience with a proven ability to work independently and effectively, with a strict adherence to confidentiality. • Develop optimal and compliant organizational and operational structure for every state in which the Company operates
• Work with key leaders to provide legal advice and guidance in contracts, human resources, leases, and regulatory compliance
• Provide advice, counsel, partnership in a collaborative manner
• Oversee OD Contracting
• Prepare, review, and manage Company contracts and support the procurement team
• Support Corporate Development team in state expansions, Lease oversight, Diligence, and Integration
• Other duties as assigned

• Juris Doctorate required
• At least 10 years' proven in-house experience, with optical experience preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills required
• Works well under pressure, meets deadlines, is very organized, analytical, and responsive;
• Must have dependable attendance record
• Must adhere to company policies and strict confidentiality requirements

Salary Range: $180K to $220K per year
