RH is seeking an Associate Leader, Product Copy to support brand messaging during an exciting time of global growth and expansion for the company. This role is responsible for leading processes that capture product information and valuable storytelling, supporting the integration of these insights into brand messaging across all channels. In this position, you'll help reimagine the way we gather, update and archive product messaging, supporting the RH Brand Copy Team and in turn driving the business.

This role is responsible for leading processes that capture product information and valuable storytelling, supporting the integration of these insights into brand messaging across all channels. In this position, you'll help reimagine the way we gather, update and archive product messaging, supporting the RH Brand Copy Team and in turn driving the business.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Become an expert in RH style and brand voice, with deep knowledge of the products, copy attributes, the industry, and competitor content and presentation
- Drive processes that enhance the authority, consistency and accuracy of messaging by discovering and documenting relevant product details, artisan inspiration and quality information
- Support the Product Copy Team and internal stakeholders to update and maintain seasonal review documents, trackers and archives
- Support the wider RH Brand Copy Team including Sourcebook, digital, signage and Public Relations, ensuring the consistency of product information across all RH communication channels
- Participate as needed in copy initiatives such as editing and collection storytelling
OUR REQUIREMENTS
- 5+ years of experience in copywriting or copy editing, preferably in e-commerce, retail, or a related industry
- A passion for content and copy; extremely detail oriented
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Outstanding organizational skills
- Prioritize and manage multiple tasks/projects in a fast paced, deadline-driven environment
- Work collaboratively as part of a team and successfully build cross-functional relationships
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel, as well as G Suite
- Familiarity with Airtable, Slack and Jira is a plus
