PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
- Thorough understanding of the the media ecosystem and the role of channel for consumer and healthcare brands
- Expert knowledge with paid campaign process from content development, media planning, media buying, to reporting and analysis
- A keen eye for detail and an aptitude for storytelling through the use of data and insights. Strong presentation skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Channel certifications preferred
- Effectively apply knowledge of emerging trends and technology to programs
- Analytical skills for leading the development of research methodologies to inform multi-channel strategic planning activities
- Creates and maintain media documents: flowcharts, timelines, RFPs, POVs, plan agreements/contracts, and correspondence from within and outside the agency
- Experience with complex media measurement implementation such as ad tagging and pixel placements across various campaign objectives
- High level of adaptability and flexibility in a fast growing agency environment
- Pharma/Healthcare experience is heavily preferred
- Serves as day-to-day client contact representing media team
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications or related field
- 6-8 years of integrated media planning and buying experience across digital and traditional channels
- Traditional media experience across print, TV, radio, and OOH is a plus
