As a core member of our Global Relationship Manager (GRM) team, you will be working with some of the industry's most accomplished professionals to deliver award-winning services for complex fund structures that our clients can depend upon.
Responsibilities
Your Role:
The Global Relationship Manager (GRM) team at CITCO centralizes, coordinates and organizes the firm's approach to client management. Through active planning and oversight, the team is responsible for meeting both financial and strategic goals for their portfolio of clients. The success of the group is dependent on its ability to identify and win new business, develop meaningful relationships with key client contacts, communicate CITCO strategy, assist clients and colleagues in creative problem solving, and keep management informed of important client activity.
You will preparing client plans, strategic client reviews and client engagement team materials.
Conducting client and market research to aid in converting new business opportunities
Maintaining CRM records in our system (Dynamo) including: drafting call reports, updating contacts, managing pipeline status, monitoring financial reporting, etc.
Drafting presentations, memos, communications, etc.
Responding to RFI/RFP and other client requests
Preparing ad hoc management reports
Developing meaningful client content
Manage and train CITCO RM coordinators
Leading and participating in special projects
Leading meetings for various internal and external stakeholders
Communicating key client updates across multiple lines of business and regions
Qualifications
About You:
You have 5-10 years of alternatives experience.
High level of motivation and desire to grow in a client facing role
Advanced understanding of financial markets, alternative trading strategies, industry dynamics and behavioral drivers
Strong interpersonal skills and proven ability to work across functions/geographies
Proven presentation and project management skills
Advanced skills in Excel, PowerPoint, Word
Creative problem solver and solutions based focus
Ability to coordinate and manage stakeholders across a wide range of functional areas and competing priorities
Salary Range: $147,000 to $220,000 USD
