BODYARMOR is looking for a Social Media Associate to join our team to support North America POWERADE brand.

The Social Media Associate is a critical role within the Marketing Communications team responsible for communicating an aligned and strategic presence for POWERADE across North America. This role directly supports the Social Media Manager and Director to execute a variety of scenarios from daily management of all social communications, issue management, while maintaining strong partnerships with key influencers. The ideal candidate is a natural storyteller with a strength in identifying social media trends, while applying their strong visual and video skills that connect with our consumer base.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • The Associate is responsible for the development and management of on-going social influencer strategies and execution, including identification and evaluation of influencers, brief development, content creation/execution/review and consistent engagement to promote POWERADE in alignment with organizational objectives
  • Support the management of project timelines and deliverables for social plans for all channels and platforms ensuring cross-functional collaboration and escalation of any potential barriers with leadership
  • Ideate, create and develop monthly content calendars for North America across all social media platforms for distribution internally to cross-functional BASN leadership teams
  • Provide social trend reporting and quickly identify any new trends to ensure real-time execution ensuring social media objectives for North America are maintained in alignment with overall departmental goals.
  • Support all on-site content captures, direction and editing at campaign shoots, and athlete appearances for social plan deliverables as required
  • Strong collaborator responsible for the negotiation and planning with external social influencers directly and in partnership with agency partners to deliver against outlined benchmarks.
  • Lead the communication and relationship in collaboration with the Social Media leadership team with all external agency partners and other required external resources for North America POWERADE
  • Responsible for maintaining the required departmental budget guidelines and managing all invoicing, billing and financial processing
  • Provide guidance and support to the development of campaigns and all quarterly/annual performance reports


REQUIREMENTS:
  • Education - BA required
  • 2-4 years relevant Social Media experience required
  • Subject matter expertise required with real time knowledge and strong communications skills to be an influential voice with colleagues and senior leadership on topic of social media.
  • Tools/Technology experience required:
    • Ability to work effectively and efficiently both individually and as a team operating in a fast, complex environment
    • Proven ability to communicate effectively and gain business alignment for strategic initiatives
    • Digital editing/photoshop knowledge a plus

  • Position requires travel (30%) by car and plane, including both local and neighboring geographic territories.

Pay Range:
$86,300 - $113,000

Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.

Annual Incentive Reference Value Percentage:
7.5
