Athenix Senior Technical Targeter with Security Clearance

Athenix Solutions Group is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Technical Targeter to join their dedicated team in support of a pivotal Intelligence Community program. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background, exceptional analytical skills, and a keen interest in cyber operations. This role is based within a dynamic, fast-paced environment at a government facility in the Washington Metropolitan Area, offering a unique opportunity to contribute to national security. Key Responsibilities * Perform in-depth technical research utilizing client-specific tools; analyze complex data and compile comprehensive reports * Develop operational concepts and actively engage with stakeholders to understand and address rapidly evolving mission requirements * Apply a range of analytical methodologies including target analysis, relationship discovery, and temporal analysis to support both tactical and strategic objectives * Effectively communicate intricate technical details to both technical and non-technical audiences, ensuring clarity and understanding across all levels of the organization Required Qualifications * Minimum of three years of relevant experience in technical targeting or analysis within the intelligence community * Proven track record of analyzing diverse data sets, including technical and non-technical information, to uncover critical elements * Advanced proficiency in utilizing and manipulating data from various sources such as computer/mobile devices, and network activities to fulfill mission needs * Extensive experience with technical analysis techniques tailored to support specialized mission requirements * Strong familiarity with the intelligence community's cyber activities * Demonstrated capability as a technical and/or HUMINT targeter * Exceptional analytical, writing, and briefing skills; proven ability to convey targeting research findings to senior officials * Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or an equivalent combination of education and experience (6 years in lieu of a degree) * Must be a US citizen with an active Top Secret/SCI clearance with polygraph Athenix Solutions Group, LLC and its companies Athenix Cyber and SIGINT, and Athenix Special Missions is an equal opportunity employer, including disability and protected veteran status.
