Hanover Public School District seeks to fill a full-time Athletic Director position responsible for leadership, coordination, and administration of the district's interscholastic athletic program. This position ensures the athletic department operates in alignment with district values, state regulations, and league expectations, while providing a positive and educationally sound athletic experience. The required 205-work days will be scheduled flexibly across the academic year and summer based on athletic seasons and programmatic needs, but it will include evening and weekend responsibilities. Compensation will be commensurate with experience, with a minimum of $75,000 per year. Benefits will match those offered to professional teaching staff.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Sports Management, or related field
- Valid PA Teaching Certificate preferred, but not required
- Prior experience in athletics (coaching, coordination, administration)
- Proven leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Strong interpersonal, oral and written communication, and technological skills
- Committed to excellence with a competitive spirit
